Soul Star chakra
I connect
In modern extended chakra systems, Soul Star is visualized above the crown, often around 15–30 cm above the head. It symbolizes a relationship with the higher self, a wider sense of purpose, and spiritual integration. White, gold, and luminous tones are common associations, though traditions differ.

How to balance each state
If underactive
Reflect on what gives your life meaning without forcing a revelation. Try a short contemplative practice, notice moments of connection, and take a small step toward a value you care about.
If overactive
Shorten intense spiritual practices and return attention to the body, daily routines, and relationships. Treat impressions as possibilities to reflect on, and leave room for uncertainty.
